An Oxford graduate with an MBA from King's College in London, he founded the iTV Network, one of India’s largest media groups with 1,200 journalists across 17 major bureaus, operating nine news channels, including NewsX and five newspapers, including The Sunday Guardian. Through the Sunday Guardian Foundation, he does philanthropic work in health across the Indian states of Haryana, U.P, Delhi and Maharashtra. His entrepreneurial ventures include Piccadily Hotels, and Piccadily Agro Industries, known for producing the award-winning single-malt whisky ‘Indri’, which secured top honours at the 2024 International Whisky Competition.

Recently, he has also founded NXT, a venture for hosting Davos-style global conclave, with its inaugural 2025 edition in New Delhi attended by leaders including PM Narendra Modi and Rt Hon Stephen J Harper amongst others. To promote sports in India, he founded the Pro Wrestling League, Indian Arena Polo League, Big Bout Boxing League, and Pro Sportify.

As a parliamentarian, he commands a 90%+ attendance and has been the youngest MP nominated to the Rajya Sabha’s Vice Chairpersons panel. He has also represented India at Inter-Parliamentary Union assemblies in 2022 and 2024. He currently sits on the Parliamentary Committees on Communication & IT, Subordinate Legislation, Rules & Privileges. He is also a member of the Indian Council of World Affairs. As a regular contributor to the Sunday Guardian, he has also authored a chapter in the book titled ‘Indian Renaissance: The Modi Decade’.

His interests span across AI, space, defence, fintech, and health sciences. In recognition of his effort’s accolades include the 2022 Champions of Change Award, 2016 eNBA Best CEO of the Year, 2022 Businessworld Person of the Year, and the 2022 Indian Sports Fan Award for his sports contributions.
